There are some notable additions to the Game Index today. My recent acquisition of a PS3 is the catalyst for this particular growth. Here’s what’s being thrown in and some brief thoughts for each:
Final Fantasy XIII
Honestly, not all that excited about where this game is taking things so I’m playing it more so as an obligation to the series than an actual interest in the playing the game itself. The first 8-10 hours are…interesting.
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots
I’m pretty pumped about this one. A Metal Gear Solid review should be coming fairly soon, so it’ll be nice to get the ball rolling on that series. MGS4 has a bad reputation for the length of its cutscenes but I’m mostly cool with that.

Got this one for my girlfriend but I think I’ll play it to see what all the fuss is about. Doesn’t look all that great from watching her play it, though. In fact it looks stupid.
Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together
Not a PS3 game per se, but the system facilitated my digital purchase of this awesome game. It’ll be a long long while before I can just get some cohesive thoughts together on TO, much less a lengthy and detailed review. This game is a beast.
Pokemon White
Not much more to say that I haven’t already.
Shenmue
Don’t own it…and it has nothing to do with a PS3 but I played it for the first time recently and it definitely deserves to be up there.
So, yeah! Just an update but I thought that this big of an addition warranted some kind of notation.
Charged Blast 
About TO: Play and enjoy the story, dont grind (at least just so you can beat story missions), focus on beating the crap out of the game, there’s 3 endings and lots of sidequests and paths, when you beat it on any path you will unlock the world function and thats when you will want to grind and get the uber awesome skills and such.
Hah, I probably would’ve sidelined myself with at least a few sidequests before the end… but based on your advice I think I actually will just wait until afterward. So far I’ve been focusing on the story alone and that’s been paying off pretty huge. Loving this game
